Strategic Planning

In 2026, Midtown Community Benefits District is launching a strategic planning process to help guide our priorities and investments in the years ahead. This effort will provide an opportunity to reflect on our work, gain a better understanding of community needs, and set a clear direction for how we can most effectively serve the district.

A central part of this process will be listening to the people who live, work, learn, and do business in Midtown. Through surveys, conversations, and other engagement opportunities, we will gather feedback from residents, businesses, institutions, and partners to understand what is working well, where improvements are needed, and what the community would like Midtown to focus on in the future.

The insights gathered through this process will help shape Midtown’s strategic priorities and ensure that our cleaning, greening, safety, and advocacy efforts continue to strengthen quality of life across Mount Vernon-Belvedere, Bolton Hill, Charles North, and Madison Park.
